Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS)

I. Principle of functions

1. Structural reinforcement: The structuresprayed with Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS), as the hydrated cement is activated,is reinforced in density, leading to reinforced concrete structure. The concretestrength can generally be reinforced by around 20% since 7 days afterspraying.

2. Self repair: The Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS)is an inorganic waterproof material, and the formed crystal doesn’t age. The penetrated crystal, after manyyears, can still activate the cement upon meeting with water, and produce newand compact crystals to seal the crack less than 0.3mm, completing self repairprocess.

3. Multifunction: It is impervious, moistureresistant, and dust proof. It prevents bacteria and mold from producing on theconcrete surface, reinforces density, hardness and adhesive force of theconcrete and cement surface, improves durability of the concrete surface,without changing or affecting the concrete color, and color and structure of theconcrete surface treatment paint.

II. Product features

By preventing penetration of chloride ion in thethawing salt and reducing damage resulting from many freezing and thawingcycles, it provides permanent internal waterproofing and stops moisturepenetration in the upstream face and downstream face of the construction base.Its special exclusive attribute can prevent penetration of water and sewage, andit resists aggressive chemicals, such as acids, corrosive aircraft fuel andgasoline.

It protects reinforcement bar from corrosion, and has no bad effect onthe original reinforcement cover. It improves binding power between jointsealant and sign board, reduces alkali-aggregate reaction, thereby decreasingsilicate dust. It improves bending strength and abrasion strength of theconcrete.

It can be constructed under hydrostatic pressure, to seal hair crackand temperature crack, and prevent the concrete from flaking off. It is watery(without solvent), nontoxic, harmless to the environment, and suitable forconstruction under many conditions. It penetrates deeply, forming no film. Thecrystal is waterproof, providing permanent protection.

The painting method issimple (single component). It can eliminate dirt and mold, and prevent mouldfungus from growing.

V. Scope of application

1. Waterproofing, moisture resistance andimperviousness:

It can be extensively used for waterproofing,moisture resistance and imperviousness of upstream and downstream faces of suchwater storage facilities and projects related to water as the roof, internal andexternal wall surfaces, toilet, basement, subway, underground passage,underground air defense works, dam and wharf, etc. In addition, the DeepPenetrating Sealer (DPS) can eliminate water stain and wall sweating,effectively control extensive slow penetration, and quickly repair the crackless than 0.3mm.

2. Prevention of pulverization, molding andmicroorganism growth:
